Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales and Business Development, located in Hyderabad. The Head of Sales and Business Development will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing key accounts. The role entails analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. The individual will also be responsible for team management, setting sales goals, and ensuring the team meets its targets.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills for market analysis and identifying business opportunities
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Strong Team Management and leadership skills
- Account Management skills for managing key accounts and client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
