Job Description: Head of Business Development

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Head of Business Development
to lead our growth strategy and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a proven track record in the direct-to-consumer (D2C) health, wellness, or nutraceutical space. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and scaling our brand across new channels to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning:
    Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue and market share.
  • Partnership Management:
    Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships with key players in the health and wellness ecosystem, including nutritionists, clinics, fitness centers, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Market Expansion:
    Explore and lead new market entry initiatives, both in India and internationally.
  • Revenue Growth:
    Drive sales through new channels, including corporate wellness programs, retail partnerships, and strategic collaborations.
  • Team Leadership:
    Build and mentor a high-performing business development team.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership position within the D2C, health, or wellness industry.
  • Proven Success:
    Demonstrated history of generating significant revenue growth and building impactful strategic partnerships.
  • Industry Knowledge:
    Deep understanding of the nutraceutical or health supplement market, including market trends, competitor landscape, and consumer behavior.
  • Skills:
    Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. A strategic thinker with a result-oriented mindset.
