About the Role
We are looking for a senior revenue leader to drive growth and scale at a fast-growing B2B GenAI SaaS platform in the risk intelligence space. This is a board-level role with full ownership of revenue, P&L, and operations. The CRO/Head of BD will play a critical role in shaping strategy, scaling sales and customer success, and building a high-performing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver aggressive revenue growth targets.
- Build and scale enterprise sales motions (high-value ACV deals).
- Expand into new verticals and geographies.
- Drive strategic partnerships with consulting firms and enterprises.
- Lead P&L, sales, delivery, and customer success with operational excellence.
- Establish scalable, metrics-driven processes and reporting cadence.
- Work closely with the Board and Founders on strategic direction, GTM, and fundraising.
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing sales and operations teams.
Ideal Experience & Background
- 10 to 15 years in B2B enterprise sales and operations.
- Background in consulting (Big 4 Risk Advisory / Forensics / Compliance preferred).
- Proven track record in scaling SaaS or platform businesses.
- Experience in VC-backed or high-growth startups (Series A/B stage).
- Built and scaled sales teams (10 to 50+).
- Managed P&L in the INR 10 to 50 Cr range.
- Strong board-level communication and stakeholder management.
- Comfort with complex, consultative B2B sales cycles.
- Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution in fast-growth environments.
