Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Head based in Hyderabad. The Business Head will oversee all aspects of the organization's operations, including strategic planning, business development, and team leadership. Responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, managing budgets, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring efficient operations. The ideal candidate will lead the team to achieve business objectives while maintaining customer satisfaction and promoting sustainable tourism practices.

Qualifications

  • Strategic Planning and Business Development skills to drive growth and expand the company's presence.
  • Strong Leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, foster collaboration, and mentor staff effectively.
  • Financial Acumen including budget management, financial analysis, and cost control to ensure profitability.
  • Customer Relationship Management and Negotiation skills to build and maintain successful partnerships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in the travel industry or related fields is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Travel Management, or related disciplines (MBA is an added advantage).
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passion for travel and commitment to promoting sustainable tourism practices.
