Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Sales and Business Development located in Hyderabad. The Head of Sales and Business Development will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing and expanding key accounts, leading the sales team, and driving business growth. This role involves analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, and working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve the company's strategic objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven background in Sales and Sales Management
  • Experience in Account Management and Team Management
  • Strong Analytical Skills to understand market trends and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
  • Experience in the ed-tech industry is an advantage
