Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Head to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of professional experience. The Sales Head will be responsible for driving sales strategies and business development initiatives to expand our market presence.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven track record in sales strategy development and execution (Mandatory skill).
  • Demonstrated experience in business development and identifying growth opportunities (Mandatory skill).
  • Solid expertise in lead generation techniques and tactics (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong negotiation skills, enabling the closing of high-value deals efficiently.
  • Team leadership capabilities to mentor and guide a dynamic sales team towards achieving targets.
  • Proficient in product positioning to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster long-term client relationships.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and derive actionable insights for strategic planning.
