About Manbhum Constructions Co Pvt Ltd: Manbhum Constructions Co Pvt Ltd is a leading real estate developer in Hyderabad, renowned for delivering premium residential projects like Serenity Towers. We are seeking an experienced Sales Head to lead our sales strategy across all sites and drive growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for residential projects across all Manbhum sites.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team to ensure high performance and alignment with company goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners in Hyderabad's real estate market.
  • Oversee sales operations, including lead generation, client negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to position Manbhum projects competitively.
  • Coordinate with marketing and project teams to align sales efforts with project timelines.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 15 years of sales experience in the real estate industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets in residential real estate projects.
  • Must be based in Hyderabad with strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
  • Ability to join within 30 days.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.
