We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Head – Inside Sales to lead our in-house sales team. The candidate will be responsible for driving admissions, managing the sales funnel, achieving revenue targets, and building a high-performance inside sales team.

Job Summary
The Sales Head – Inside Sales will lead and manage the in-house sales team responsible for student admissions, course promotions, and revenue generation. This leadership role demands strategic planning, daily monitoring, team training, and consistent achievement of monthly and annual targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, manage, and scale the inside sales/admissions team
* Set clear daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
* Monitor call performance, lead conversion, and follow-ups
* Develop structured sales scripts and admission processes
* Train, motivate, and mentor sales executives
* Track CRM data, reports, and dashboards
* Coordinate with marketing for lead generation strategies
* Ensure high-quality student and parent counselling
* Drive revenue growth through effective upselling & cross-selling
* Analyze sales trends and improve conversion ratios
* Conduct daily review meetings with the team
* Ensure strict discipline, punctuality, and target adherence
* Prepare MIS reports and present them to management

Educational Qualification
* Graduation in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
Experience
* 5–8 years of proven experience in inside sales
* Minimum 2–3 years in a leadership/head role
* Experience in Education, EdTech, BFSI, or Training industry preferred
