Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a National Sales Head in the Diagnostic or Pharma domain. The National Sales Head will be responsible for planning and executing sales strategies, managing the sales team, expanding channel sales, and driving overall sales and marketing efforts. The role involves overseeing national sales operations, fostering strategic partnerships, and ensuring targets are met in alignment with the company's goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Business Planning and Sales & Marketing strategies
  • Strong skills in Team Management and leadership
  • Experience in Channel Sales and driving distribution networks
  • Demonstrated success in managing sales operations and achieving targets
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Pharma, or related fields
  • Experience in the diagnostics or pharmaceutical industry is preferred
