​Are you a strategic sales leader with a passion for solar energy? We're looking for a dynamic Sales Head to lead our sales organization in the thriving solar PV industry in Hyderabad.

​Key Responsibilities:

  • ​Develop and execute national/regional sales strategies and growth roadmap.
  • ​Identify new business opportunities across residential, C&I sectors.
  • ​Stay updated on industry developments, policies, and regulations.
  • ​Lead and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • ​Manage sales budget, forecast revenue, and optimize sales processes.
  • ​Build strong client and partner relationships, lead negotiations, and close deals.

​What We're Looking For:

  • ​Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (MBA preferred).
  • ​10+ years in solar or renewable energy sales leadership with a proven track record.
  • ​Strong understanding of solar technology, project finance, and regulations.
  • ​Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • ​Proficiency with CRM and sales analytics tools.
  • ​Willingness to travel.
