Job Summary:

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive who can generate leads for solar rooftop projects, coordinate with the project team, and manage customer interactions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills (written & oral), fluency in Hindi, English, and Telugu, and the ability to collect and manage project-related data efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Follow-up:
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and educate them about our solar rooftop solutions.
  • Generate and qualify leads for rooftop solar projects through cold calling, inbound queries, and database management.
  • Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to convert inquiries into site visits and project discussions.
  • Customer Communication & Coordination:
  • Answer inbound queries related to solar installations, subsidies, and financing options.
  • Keep customers updated about project timelines and installation progress.
  • Handle basic technical and non-technical queries and escalate when required.
  • Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
  • Project Coordination & Data Collection:
  • Work closely with the Projects Team to ensure smooth execution of solar rooftop installations.
  • Collect, manage, and update customer site data, requirements, and project progress.
  • Coordinate between customers, sales teams, and project engineers to ensure timely installation and service.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, project status, and lead conversion details.
  • Provide daily/weekly reports on lead generation, follow-ups, and project progress.

Key Requirements:

  • Fluent in Hindi, English, and Telugu (Mandatory).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in tele calling, lead generation, or customer support (preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of solar energy and rooftop installations.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple teams (sales, project, and technical).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email Handling).
  • A self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused approach.
