Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, nurturing prospects, understanding customer requirements, and converting qualified leads into sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms).

Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries promptly.

Understand customer needs and provide relevant product/service information.

Schedule online demos or meetings with potential clients.

Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Update CRM tools with accurate and timely customer information.

Work closely with marketing and business development teams for lead campaigns.

Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.

Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.

Familiarity with CRM systems (like HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus.

Prior experience in inside sales, lead generation, or telemarketing is an advantage.
