Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Coordinator, based in Hyderabad. The Senior Sales Coordinator will oversee daily sales operations, provide exceptional customer service, coordinate with internal teams to ensure task completion, and maintain accurate records and reports. Additional responsibilities include supporting the sales team, maintaining sales schedules, assisting with client interactions, and ensuring streamlined communication to meet business goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales Coordination, Sales, and Sales Operations to support team efficiency and achieve targets
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication for maintaining excellent client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively within teams and build effective working relationships
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in sales coordination or a similar role, ideally in the renewable energy or solar industry
