Role Overview: The Sales Coordinator will be the backbone of our sales operations, supporting the sales team, managing distributor and dealer relationships, coordinating demos, tracking sales performance, and ensuring smooth internal communication. This person will work closely with sales representatives, operations, and marketing to drive revenue growth and build long-term relationships with partners.
Key Responsibilities
1) Sales Support & Coordination
- Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks (preparing quotes, proposals, follow-ups)
- Coordinate product demos, free trials, and customer visits
- Maintain and update the CRM with leads, opportunities, and sales activities
- Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for review
2) Distributor / Dealer Management
- Act as a point of contact for distributors and dealers, resolving queries and coordinating orders
- Track distributor / dealer sales targets and progress
3) Order Processing & Logistics Coordination
- Liaise with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products to dealers, distributors, or end customers
- Monitor order status and follow up on shipments, invoicing, and payments
4) Marketing & Promotions Support
- Help with collaterals, brochures, and product information materials for the sales team and partners
5) Customer Relationship Management
- Follow up with existing customers for feedback, queries, or complaints
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, coordination, or a similar role (preferably in automotive, B2B, or manufacturing)
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience using CRM tools
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-growing, dynamic environment
- Problem-solving mindset, proactive attitude
- Team player with good stakeholder management skills
