Sales Coordinator roles and responsibilities:

Roles of a Sales Coordinator:

Act as a support link between the sales team, customers, and management.

Coordinate and assist in all sales-related activities and operations.

Help the sales team prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.

Manage and track customer enquiries, orders, and follow-ups.

Maintain organized records of sales transactions and client communications.

Ensure smooth communication and coordination among internal departments.

Support sales managers and executives in achieving sales targets.

Handle administrative and clerical tasks related to the sales process.

Maintain customer databases and update sales information regularly.

Provide prompt support and information to clients as required.

Responsibilities of a Sales Coordinator:

Quotation Preparation: Prepare and send quotations or proposals based on customer enquiries.

Order Management: Process sales orders, track order status, and coordinate with logistics or dispatch teams.

Client Communication: Respond to client queries, provide updates, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, or monthly sales and performance reports for management review.

Follow-up: Regularly follow up on pending enquiries, quotations, and payment collections.

Coordination: Liaise between sales, accounts, purchase, and dispatch departments for smooth operations.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate sales data, order details, and customer correspondence.

Scheduling: Assist in planning sales meetings, client visits, and product demonstrations.

Support: Help sales executives with documentation, presentations, and client interactions.

CRM Management: Update and maintain records in CRM or sales tracking systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹28,000.00 per month
