Company Description

Established in 1980 with the collaboration of Acumeter Labs U.S.A., Prasad Acumeter currently manufactures more than 6 lakh sqm of label stock per month. Our manufacturing business is located in Hyderabad, India. Along with regular label stock, we also manufacture labels with custom requirements that have been developed in-house for our various customers. Our R&D division partners with customers on a regular basis to develop custom labels based on their specific requirements and standards. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad. The Head of Sales will lead a set of Regional Field Executives across the country. They will own identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and developing sales strategies. They will collaborate closely with the executive team and participate in sales meetings, presentations, and industry events to promote company products and services.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of proven experience in sales, business development, and account management
  • Label industry experience is preferred, though not necessary for a strong candidate
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies and lead a distributed team
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent customer relationship management
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the industrial or engineering sectors is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
