About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Business Head
who will be responsible for driving revenue growth, handling a high-performing sales team, and directly contributing to new business generation. This role requires a mix of
strategic leadership
and
hands-on sales execution
to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Management
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Define clear KPIs, review team performance, and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales professionals for growth.
  • Business Development & Revenue Growth
  • Identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and close key deals.
  • Actively engage in client acquisition, negotiations, and long-term relationship building.
  • Achieve both
    team sales targets
    and
    individual sales targets
    .
  • Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine approach.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and conferences.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven
    4 – 5 years
    of sales experience, with at least
    2 – 3 years in a leadership role
    .
  • Strong background in
    B2B / B2C business development
    (industry-specific can be added, e.g., IT, SaaS, healthcare, FMCG, etc.).
  • Ability to
    lead teams while being hands-on in sales
    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to drive both
    short-term results
    and
    long-term growth
    .
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and resilient in challenging situations.
