Head of Sales

2. You will be the central contact for new customer prospects with larger accounts and be responsible for managing the relationship and all commercial and contractual matters.
3. You will expand your contacts in target accounts to include the right people and stakeholders into the sales process in order to win new business.
4. You will nurture your direct leads and key strategic partners and build the relationship between their team members.
5. Managing and measuring pipeline development processes and your own customer funnel
6. You will manage the implementation of new initiatives, like Go-to-market projects for direct sales and with key partners relevant to your target accounts.
7. You will work closely with various other departments such as the other sales team members, pre-sales, product and customer success to ensure maximum customer centricity and to win new business.
Must have:
1. Extensive Sales Experience:
• At least 15 years of experience as a hands-on closer of multiyear SaaS contracts.
• Proven track record of closing deals by managing the entire sales process from initial contact to signature.
2. Enterprise Software Sales:
• Experience selling enterprise software products with substantial annual account values in the 5 to 7 digit range.
• Evidence of building and successfully running a significant pipeline of resellers and business customers.
3. Pipeline and Partner Management:
• Verifiable evidence of building your own pipeline through hunting.
• Experience involving and working with partners in the SaaS and business solutions ecosystem, such as Microsoft, Google Cloud, AWS, Salesforce, and tier 1 and 2 System Integrators (SIs).
4. Industry Knowledge:
• Experience with products for contact centers, customer service, and CRM is highly desirable.
• Professional and methodical approach to handling multiple customer accounts and partner relationships.

• High level of self-organization, adaptability, and the ability to remain level-headed under pressure.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work effectively in dynamic and fast-moving teams.
