Role Summary:MGrow is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Personal for our Corporate Training Vertical.
The primary focus of this role is to drive business growth by establishing strategic partnerships with corporate clients and delivering impactful training solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development within the corporate training industry, with a strong understanding of client needs and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies. Responsibilities:Strategic Business Development:Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand MGrow's presence in the corporate training market. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients across various industries.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, client needs, and competitive offerings. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities through to closure. Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at corporate clients.
Understand clients' training needs and challenges, and propose tailored solutions that address their specific requirements. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support and guidance. Ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Sales and Negotiation:Lead the entire sales process, from initial contact and needs assessment to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closing. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value of MGrow's corporate training solutions. Negotiate pricing and contract terms to achieve profitable and sustainable partnerships.
Product and Service Development:Collaborate with the product development team to ensure MGrow's training offerings align with market demand and client needs. Provide feedback from clients and the market to inform the development of new training programs and enhance existing ones. Reporting and Analysis:Track and report on key sales metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Prepare accurate sales forecasts and contribute to the overall business planning process. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships. Deep understanding of the corporate training market, including industry trends, client needs, and competitive landscape. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
