Partner Growth
function.
This isn't a regular "BD" role. We're talking about someone who can sit across the table from hospital CEOs, health leaders, and P&L owners—and actually
help them move the needle
. Think of it as building growth stories
with
our partners, not just selling them software.
What you'll own
- Strategy & outcomes
: Work directly with hospital leadership and P&L owners to design and deliver measurable business outcomes. - Adoption, not just sales
: Drive deep product adoption across entire hospital workflows, ensuring Docstribe becomes "must-have" infrastructure, not a side tool. - Product insights
: Capture ground realities from partners and translate them into sharp inputs for product enhancement and new product development. - Business reviews
: Run monthly business reviews with stakeholders at the partner side—keeping growth, adoption, and ROI front and center. - Travel & on-ground action
: This role isn't desk-only. You'll be traveling, meeting hospital teams across the country, and ensuring we're building trust on the ground.
What you need to bring
- Hospital administration know-how
: Strong understanding of how hospitals actually run, their P&L drivers, and where growth levers exist. - Commercial acumen
: Sharp P&L understanding—being able to read a hospital's numbers and talk their language is
non-negotiable
. - Leadership mindset
: Ability to build, lead, and shape the Partner Growth unit from scratch. - Comfort with
travel, ambiguity, and high ownership
—this is a scaling-stage company, not a cushy corporate posting.
