We promote solar products from Tier 1 OEM companies to pan India solar EPC companies. enPossibilities is an authorized distributor of Solis string inverters, Swelect, Saatvik Green solar, Jinko Solar and JA Solar modules. The company operates from multiple warehouses across India, the major ones being at Bengaluru, Chennai, Coimbatore, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Pune, Kochi, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Chandigarh, BhiwandI & Vijaywada.

Designation: Business Unit Head- BD (Solar EPC Projects)

Department: Business Development

Location: Gurugram

Shift Time: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Description:

  • Define and implement business development strategies for solar EPC projects (Rooftop & Utility Scale).
  • Develop market entry and expansion strategies, partnerships, and client engagement models.
  • Identify new business opportunities and oversee the preparation of techno-commercial proposals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, government bodies, consultants, and clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Oversee tendering, bid preparation, and commercial offers.
  • Track competitor activities, industry trends, and market dynamics.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards in solar EPC offerings.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil)
  • 10+ years of experience in business development in the renewable energy/solar EPC sector.
  • Proven track record in acquiring and managing solar EPC projects (rooftop & utility scale).
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
