About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Head - North to lead our sales and client acquisition efforts in North India. The ideal candidate should have strong corporate connections, proven experience in staffing/payroll/HR solutions, and the ability to deliver aggressive revenue growth across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Acquisition:
- Drive new client acquisition across industries (manufacturing, logistics, retail, IT, services) in North India.
- Identify and pursue large business opportunities with corporates, MSMEs, and government-linked projects.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
Revenue & P&L Contribution:
- Own revenue targets for the North Division.
- Design and implement strategies to improve margins and achieve profitability.
Key Account Management:
- Build long-term relationships with clients in Delhi-NCR, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, UP, and adjoining states.
- Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise accounts in the North.
- Negotiate and close large-scale manpower supply contracts.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Managers/Executives in the region.
- Set KPIs, monitor performance, and build a high-growth sales culture.
Market & Competitor Intelligence:
- Track competitor activities and manpower demand trends in the northern region.
- Identify new sectors to expand business.
