About the Role:
We are hiring an experienced International Business Development Manager to lead KNR's growth initiatives across global markets. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 10 years of experience in B2B sales, executive search, or professional services, and will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth across APAC, EMEA, and other international regions.
This role involves a strong mix of strategic thinking, relationship-building, and P&L ownership, with direct access to senior industry leaders and decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities across India, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, the Middle East, Europe, and Africa.
- Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for international key accounts, managing relationships at the CXO and HR leadership level.
- Develop and present tailored business proposals, commercial models, and strategic growth plans.
- Drive consistent client engagement to expand mandates and secure repeat business from global clients.
- Conduct market research to map prospective clients, track hiring trends, and identify business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth onboarding, timely invoicing, and payment collections.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure high-quality execution.
- Represent KNR at client meetings, conferences, and industry networking events to enhance brand visibility.
- Track and achieve revenue, performance, and profitability metrics across assigned regions.
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a globally-minded, high-energy professional with strong business acumen and a passion for growth.
Experience & Skills Required:
- 6–15 years of experience in international business development, executive search, or B2B service sales.
- Strong exposure to international markets (APAC, EMEA, or global regions).
- Existing network and experience in sectors such as Manufacturing, Pharma, FMCG, Medical Devices, Automotive, Chemicals, Retail, or Building Materials.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong understanding of sales cycles, client acquisition strategies, and P&L ownership.
- Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Self-starter with a disciplined, organized approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
