Overview of the Role
Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media. Setting up meetings with potential clients.
Job Description
Responsible for developing new clients in the respective territory to meet the business development target.
Developing Business Plans and Strategy to capture new verticals.
Formulation of Marketing & Sales Strategies to meet organization's growth objectives.
Ensure planning and efficiency in business development.
Be proactive in dealing with clients and enhance the company image among customers and other stakeholders.
Responsible for industrial sales, new client acquisition, key account management to increase the sales revenue by meeting the target deadlines.
Seek and identify new opportunities for recycling of waste through effective networking and market study.
Create awareness among clients regarding waste disposal in Common Industrial Waste Treatment Storage & Disposal Facility.
Responsible for establishing the sample collection for comprehensive analysis of industrial waste and collection of industrial waste.
Monitoring Sales and marketing related activities and Liaison & Compliances of Clients with regulatory bodies.
Ensure standardization of reports (MIS) and reporting formats for effective review and analysis.
Expertise in new developing & managing
sales in order to derive the required market share & profit of the organization. Making weekly / monthly reports & Presentation as required.

Requirements
- Any Graduate (Prefer science graduate / Engineer). MBA - Marketing will be an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years in Industrial sales / B2B sales
- Knowledge - Desirable
