Job Title:

A Production Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing production processes to ensure efficient and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement efficient production systems and layouts
  • Optimize production workflows, reducing waste and increasing productivity
  • Troubleshoot production issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Lead and train production teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Implement and maintain safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment
  • Coordinate with Maintenance, Procurement, and Logistics teams
  • Analyze production data, identifying areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. engineering, operations management)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a production or operations role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and tools
