Production Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control procedures to maintain high-quality products.
- Developing quality control procedures to ensure high-quality products
- Implementing Total Quality Management (TQM) principles to improve overall plant performance
- Developing and implementing production plans according to business and market demands
- Managing human and material resources to meet production targets and quality standards
- Coordinating and supervising staff activities, reviewing performance, and initiating corrective actions as required
- Ensuring Compliance adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards and regulations in the work place
- Assessing and improving operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the organization's mission
- Maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and customers
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
Academic Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech. Chemical
Job Experience: Minimum 15-20 years in Chemical/Pharma Company
Technical Qualifications: SAP – MM module, MS Office etc.
Job Location: Vapi (Gujarat)
