About the RoleWe are looking for a strategic, analytical, and entrepreneurial leader to help shape and scale WIN's next phase of growth in the U.S. market. This role is ideal for a top-tier MBA graduate who has 3+ years of hands-on exposure to the U.S. markets, and who thrives on solving complex business problems, testing new ideas, and building scalable models that drive measurable impact.
You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, test new concepts, strengthen the partner ecosystem, and support technology-led initiatives that enhance our platform and customer experience. This is a unique opportunity for a high-performing professional to contribute directly to the company's growth and innovation journey.
What You'll DoIdentify, evaluate, and prioritize growth opportunities using data-driven research and market insights.
Develop and test business cases and go-to-market frameworks for new initiatives.
Collaborate with product, technology, marketing, and operations teams to accelerate strategic initiatives.
Build and strengthen partnerships and ecosystem capabilities that enable scalable growth.
Lead pilot projects, analyze outcomes, and make recommendations based on data and customer insights.
Present findings and strategies to senior leadership to inform decision-making and execution.
A top-tier MBA with strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills.
Experienced in market research, business modeling, and go-to-market planning.
Adept at working cross-functionally to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by testing, learning, and scaling what works.
Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and outcome-focused.
MBA from a top-tier business school.
Minimum 5 years of total professional experience, including 3+ years post-MBA working on U.S. markets with U.S.-based companies or clients serving U.S. audiences.
Proven ability to lead or support strategic growth, partnership, or diversification initiatives.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams spanning product, marketing, operations, or technology.
Strong analytical and financial skills with experience building data-backed business cases.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Drive high-impact initiatives for a fast-scaling, #1-ranked U.S. company.
Work directly with senior leadership on strategic and market-shaping projects.
