To expand our reach and strengthen client relationships, we are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our growing team.
--- Role Overview The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in both interior design and automation projects. The role requires strong client relationship skills, market awareness, and the ability to drive sales while working closely with design and technical teams.
--- Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in interiors and automation solutions. Generate leads through networking, referrals, market research, and industry events. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with architects, builders, developers, and clients. Understand client needs and coordinate with design/automation teams to prepare customized proposals. Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets while contributing to overall business growth. Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Negotiate, close deals, and ensure smooth project handover to execution teams. Prepare regular business reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
--- Required Skills Strong sales and business development skills with a proven track record. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, Telugu preferred). Good knowledge of interior design industry and automation technologies (smart homes, IoT, office automation). Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to generate leads and build professional networks. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and presentation software. Strong market research and strategic thinking skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets. Excellent time management and multi-tasking ability. Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving skills.
