Job Description: The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth for the company. Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends
  • Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools
