Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Hyderabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing and executing strategic plans, analyzing market trends, and managing sales pipelines. The individual will be expected to collaborate with internal teams, create proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure client satisfaction through continuous engagement.
Qualifications
- Experience in identifying and pursuing business opportunities, and managing client relationships
- Strong skills in developing and executing strategic plans
- Excellent understanding of market analysis and sales pipeline management
- Proficient in collaboration with internal teams and client engagement
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and proposal creation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the IT services sector is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad
