Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Hyderabad. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and develop strategies to expand the company's market presence. The role includes negotiating contracts, collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, and analyzing market trends to provide strategic recommendations. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to achieve revenue and growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills
  • Strategic thinking with an ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities
  • Ability to develop and execute effective business strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
  • Capacity to work independently in a target-driven environment
  • Prior experience in the relocation, logistics, or mobility services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
