Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Hyderabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, managing client accounts, and creating strategies to drive business growth. Daily tasks include market research, lead generation, client meetings, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Development, Market Research, and Lead Generation
- Excellent Relationship Management and Client Account Management abilities
- Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving aptitude
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Familiarity with Facility Management industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in on-site roles and willingness to work in Hyderabad
