Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) - IT Staffing
Exp: 8+ Years
Location: Remote
NEED IMMEDIATE-30 DAYS JOINERS
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in IT staffing- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure client needs are met- Monitor market trends and provide competitive analysis- Track and report on sales metrics and business performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in business development or sales, with a focus on IT staffing- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets- Strong understanding of the IT staffing industry and market dynamics- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills- Ability to build strong client relationships and networks- Self-motivated and results-oriented- Proficiency in CRM tools and project management platforms
