We are looking for a results-driven
Business Development Manager
with
5–10 years of experience
to expand sales, build and manage client relationships, develop channel marketing strategies, and achieve revenue growth in the Hyderabad region.
Business Development & Sales Leadership
● Drive overall sales strategy and ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales
targets.
● Identify, develop, and close business opportunities across Residential, Commercial,
Industrial, and Government segments.
● Build and maintain strong client relationships to secure long-term contracts and
partnerships.
● Manage high-value negotiations, proposals, and deal closures.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
● Lead, guide, and motivate a team of Business Development Executives.
● Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for improving sales effectiveness.
● Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure accountability.
Market Expansion & Strategy
● Develop and implement strategies for market penetration and customer acquisition.
● Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and alliances.
● Represent the company at industry forums, exhibitions, and networking events.
● Work closely with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns and brand
building.
Reporting & Performance Management
● Track and report sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
● Maintain and update CRM systems with leads, opportunities, and closures.
● Present business development reports and growth strategies to senior management.
