You will be responsible for managing the business of a territory. You will work to acquire new
customers (academic institutions); retain existing customers and engage with channel
partners. You will engage with both schools and learners to drive the business goals.

Scope of the Role
Customer acquisition: Own a territory and acquire customers.
Customer Retention and Upgrade: Retain existing customers and upgrade the value
of business within the portfolio.
- Marketing and Activation: Organize and execute various marketing and learner
activation activities in your territory
- Channel Development- Identify, develop and manage channel partners who can
generate new business or influence sales.
Collection: Collect money due from customers and channel partners on time.
Customer Relationship: Build, develop and deepen relationships with customers.
Communicate with and visit signed-up customers regularly.
- Coordination: Plan and coordinate internally with operations, academic delivery, and
marketing teams to ensure complete and efficient program implementation at the
customer campuses.
- Customer Satisfaction and problem-solving– Be transparent in sharing the feedback
of the customers and proactively resolve issues or queries of customers on time.
Monitor and share the progress of the program implementation, take feedback,
understand issues they are facing and ensure resolution of the same.
- Documentation: Complete all documentation regarding school sign-up, collect the
advance amount as per company policy and engage the schools as per the need.
- Reporting: Keep all reporting formats, CRM, documentation etc. updated on a day-to
day basis
- It's a high-energy job which requires you to spend 100% of your time in the field in a
6 days a week working environment.
Qualifications & Experience
A graduate from any stream
An MBA/PGDBM degree is preferable but not mandatory
2-8 years of B2B selling experience

pass on the feedback to the service/ product team immediately for action and ensure
the problem resolution.

the market and/ or customer need.
Work ethic- A self-starter and comprehensive approach to doing things.
Ownership- Should own agreed goals and achieve them even when faced with
obstacles. Should be focused on controllable variables, not on uncontrollable
variables.
- Comfortable travelling in the city and across cities.
Skills
Ability to sell a concept in a B2B environment.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Collection of receivables- Should be able to collect the receivables from the
customers based on agreed terms
- Process orientation- Should follow the process and ensure delivery, service, etc are
planned and executed as per the process.
- Problem-Solving Skills- Should be able to identify roadblocks and find ways to
navigate them.
- Planning and Monitoring- Should be able to make daily, weekly and monthly plans
and ensure adherence to the same.
Reporting-timely reporting of daily activities and business
Interpersonal skills and communication- Excellent communication and ability to build
rapport and communicate concepts and company policies in a polite, persuasive and
assertive manner.
- Presentation Skills- Should be able to present concepts, and product demos to an
audience in a persuasive manner.
