Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Chennai Area for a B2B Sales Manager. The B2B Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding B2B sales activities, specifically with Mango based Ingredients, developing sales strategies, and building relationships with new and existing clients. The role involves lead generation, negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products. Additionally, the Sales Manager will analyze market trends and provide feedback to the product development team.
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B Sales, lead generation, and client relationship management
- Experience in Oils, Sterains, Oleoresins, Cocoa Butter and Equivalents - specifically in Cosmetic, Food and Pharma Industry is must
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
- Proficiency in contract negotiations and closing deals
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills to understand market trends and provide feedback
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of sustainable and eco-friendly practices is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
