**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented **B2B Sales Executive** to join our team. The role involves generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets by offering customized solutions to corporate clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the B2B market.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with corporate clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to deliver value to clients.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate reports of sales activities using CRM tools.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and competitors.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in **B2B Sales / Corporate Sales / Business Development**.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
