**Job Description: B2B Sales Executive

**Location**: Ecotech III, I Extension, Khadar Ke Marhiya, Greater Noida

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive B2B sales efforts, focusing on acquiring and maintaining relationships with business clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and follow-up.
- Conduct extensive travel within UP, Haryana, and Punjab to meet prospective and current clients.
- Identify client needs, present relevant product solutions, and negotiate terms to close deals.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations.
- Maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities through CRM and regular reporting to management.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years in B2B sales with a focus on larger business clients.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- **Travel**: Willingness to travel extensively within UP, Haryana, and Punjab.

**Compensation**:

- **Salary**: ₹25,000 per month CTC
- **Incentives**: Attractive performance-based sales incentives
- **Travel Allowance**: TA + DA provided for travel expenses

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
