Role Overview
We're hiring a
B2B Sales Lead
who will be on the field daily, meeting architects, interior designers, and contractors, building relationships, generating enquiries, and driving large-ticket sales.

Location: Bangalore (On-site)
Employment Type & Compensation:
- Full-time LPA + incentives
Key Responsibilities
Key Account Management & Daily Client Meetings
- Actively scout new architect firms, interior designers, contractors, and OEMs.
- Present Material Depot's product range, share samples, and generate qualified enquiries.
Revenue Ownership
- Own the entire sales funnel - from lead generation to negotiation and closure
- Drive repeat orders and higher wallet share with top accounts
Team Leadership (4-5 members)
- Lead, coach, and motivate the key account management team.
- Set weekly activity targets (visits, calls, site meetings) and ensure consistent execution.
- Conduct weekly reviews, shadow meetings, and performance feedback sessions.
Process Discipline
- Maintain CRM hygiene - update visits, calls, meetings, and enquiries daily.
- Track conversions, funnel health, and revenue progress.
- Coordinate with procurement, store, and operations teams for smooth fulfillment.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in
B2B sales
(interior materials or similar industries preferred)
- You enjoy meeting people, visiting sites, and building relationships.
- Strong network or prior experience with
architects, interior designers, contractors, or OEMs
is a major plus.
- Proven track record of delivering large monthly targets and leading team
- High ownership, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder handling.
