Position Summary We are looking for a Senior Inside Sales Executive / Program Coordinator to lead B2B client acquisition and sales conversions. This role demands a seasoned professional who can drive data to lead qualification to conversions but also mentor junior team members, refine sales processes, and build long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will bring strong consultative selling skills, proven inside sales experience, and the ability to work in a dynamic learning and consulting environment. Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end inside sales cycle – from lead qualification to closure. Speak to the clients and convert them to business closure. Conduct outbound calls and respond to inbound leads from campaigns, referrals, and corporate partnerships. Deliver persuasive program overviews, virtual demos, and consultative discussions with key decision-makers. Identify client needs, recommend tailored solutions, and negotiate program enrollments. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate HR/L&D teams, decision-makers, and individual learners. Guide and support Inside Sales Interns / Executives to improve performance and productivity. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities. Collaborate closely with Business Development, Marketing, and Program Delivery teams to optimize lead conversion strategies. Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, while contributing to overall business growth. Eligibility & Requirements Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and objection-handling skills. 2–4 years of proven experience in inside sales, program coordination, preferably in Executive Education, EdTech, Learning & Development, or Corporate Training. Demonstrated ability to achieve targets in a consultative sales environment. Leadership ability to mentor and guide junior sales team members.
