About the Role
Mad Brains Technologies is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales for our UI/UX Design, Web Development, and SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate will be confident in client meetings, preparing proposals (FRD, BRD), and leading a small team. Bonus if you bring experience in lead generation and closing deals (40%+ rate).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end client communications & meetings
- Prepare customized proposals, FRDs/BRDs, and pricing
- Lead the sales cycle from discovery to deal closure
- Train & support junior sales team members
- Coordinate with project and design teams for accurate scoping
- Use platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, and CRM tools
- Maintain a strong pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development (preferably in an IT agency)
- Excellent spoken & written English
- Strong skills in proposal writing, negotiation, and client handling
- Experience with tools like CRM, Google Workspace, Sales Navigator
- Confident in achieving 40%+ deal closure rate
