Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, Freelancer, and other channels.
- Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service offerings to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute effective lead generation campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork, LinkedIn, and Freelancer bidding and lead generation.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of IT services, software development, and digital marketing solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
