Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, Freelancer, and other channels.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service offerings to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute effective lead generation campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
  • Hands-on experience with Upwork, LinkedIn, and Freelancer bidding and lead generation.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, software development, and digital marketing solutions.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
