Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with 3 to 5 years of experience, specializing in generating business through platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth, with a particular focus on IT services. The BDM will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business ventures primarily via freelance platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and Hubstaff, building relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the market globally, primarily through platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Hubstaff, and other freelance/contract-based channels, with a focus on IT services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions within the IT services domain, including web development, mobile apps, and IT consulting.
  • Create and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients, addressing their specific requirements and objectives in the IT services space.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue growth, specifically focusing on platform-based business generation.
  • Track and report on business development activities, sales performance, and market insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the IT services industry .
  • Proven experience in generating business through freelance and contract platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Hubstaff, and similar channels.
  • Experience in providing IT services such as web development, mobile apps, cloud computing, or IT consulting is a strong advantage.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth within the IT services industry, particularly via online platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate complex technical concepts effectively.
