- Recruit, train, coach, mentor, motivate and manage a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and Territory Sales Managers(TSMs) focused on Pulmonary
- Develop strategies to Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the Pulmonary product portfolio in Kerala.
- Forecast sales, plan budgets, analyse gaps, review performance and take corrective actions
- Develop strategic sales plans and identify new business opportunities aligned with Protectols overall business and marketing strategies for Pulmonary.
- Build, maintain, and nurture relationships with key healthcare professionals, Plan and execute medical educational events (CME, workshops, seminars) for KOL engagement.
- Use feedback from KOLs and key accounts to drive brand adoption and product positioning.
- Ensure appropriate availability of products via distributors, stockists, and retailers.
- Ensure promotion materials are properly utilized and aligned with medical and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and timely reports: sales volumes, sales value, market share, promotional ROI, customer feedback, prescription audits.
- Use data to identify gaps and opportunities in performance, markets, products and Prepare periodic reviews (monthly / quarterly) to senior management.
- Ensure all sales and marketing activities adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements, and the industry code of conduct.
