Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead business development and client acquisition efforts in IT Staffing Augmentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities for IT contract staffing and augmentation services.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and program leads across commercial and government sectors.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle including lead generation, prospecting, negotiations, and contract closure.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of quality candidates aligned with client needs.
  • Analyze client IT environments and workforce requirements to propose tailored staffing solutions.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets and key performance metrics such as revenue growth, client acquisition, and placement counts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8 - 10 years of proven experience in IT staffing sales, with a focus on contract or staff augmentation.
  • Strong network and existing client relationships within IT, engineering, or related domains.
  • In-depth understanding of IT staffing sales cycles and contract models (C2C, W2, 1099).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to exceed targets and expand client base.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Established relationships within the staffing industry.
  • Knowledge of MSP/VMS environments.
