About the Role:

We are looking for a
dynamic and self-driven Business Development Executive (BDE)
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through
Upwork, LinkedIn, and email outreach
. You will play a key role in identifying leads, pitching our services, and closing deals to help the company grow internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively bid on Upwork and other freelance platforms to generate qualified leads.

Write compelling and customized proposals to convert prospects into clients.

Identify, reach out, and follow up with potential clients through
email and LinkedIn outreach
.

Maintain CRM and track leads, communications, and project pipelines.

Collaborate with the technical and project management teams to understand service offerings and deliver client-focused solutions.

Prepare and present regular reports on sales and business development performance.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in online bidding (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.) and email marketing.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency is a must).

Strong understanding of IT services, web/app development, or digital marketing.

Ability to craft professional emails and proposals that convert.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Basic knowledge of CRM tools, lead management, and sales pipelines.

Nice to Have:

Experience using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or HubSpot.

Prior experience working with international clients (US, UK, AUS).

Understanding of cold email best practices and campaign automation.
