Job timings - 3 pm to 12 am ( Monday to Friday ) Sat & Sun is fix off

Business Development Executive (BDE) for an online platform is responsible for identifying and securing new projects by bidding on online marketplaces like Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru.
Key duties include crafting compelling proposals, communicating with clients to understand requirements, negotiating project terms, and nurturing client relationships. The role also involves market research, tracking bids, collaborating with internal teams, and contributing to business growth and sales targets. Responsibilities
- Project identification and bidding: Proactively search for and identify relevant projects on online platforms, then submit competitive and tailored bids.
- Proposal development: Create compelling and persuasive proposals that highlight the company's strengths and meet client requirements.
- Client communication: Communicate effectively with potential and existing clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and build strong relationships.
- Negotiation: Negotiate project terms, rates, and conditions to secure contracts and maximize revenue.
- Client relationship management: Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and satisfaction.
- Internal collaboration: Work with technical, sales, and project management teams to gather information and ensure successful project delivery.
- Performance tracking: Monitor and report on bidding activity, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze bid performance to improve success rates.
- Market research: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
Required skills and qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with online bidding platforms and CRM software.
- Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized.
- Experience with sales and business development.
- Understanding of digital marketing technologies is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
