About Us:

We are looking for business development executive for our company. This is full-time role. Candidate should be experienced in pitching proposals to clients through Upwork, Freelancer, and Pay Per Hour. Also bid on PHP, Java, Digital marketing projects.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Pitch BDR Ingesta's services (PHP, Web development, Digital Marketing) to potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and target audience.
  • Collaborate with the development, marketing and sales teams to develop effective strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales reports.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of PHP Development, Web Development, and Digital Marketing and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Experience with CRM tools and lead generation platforms is a plus.
