We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting our ERP solutions to businesses across industries. This role combines sales, marketing, and client engagement to achieve revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for ERP solutions.
  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored ERP solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing, technical, and support teams to deliver client solutions.
  • Track sales activities, update CRM systems, and report on business development progress.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, ERP technologies, and competitors.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in ERP, software, or IT solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹32,000.00 per month
