This is a full-time role for a Business Development Executive. The incumbent will be responsible for tasks such as new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads and prospects through the Upwork platform and other channels
  • Qualify leads to determine their fit for our services
  • Submit bids and proposals on platforms like Upwork to secure new business opportunities.
  • Maintain and update the lead generation database regularly
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop effective lead generation strategies
  • Follow up with leads to convert them into clients and projects
  • Analyse industry trends and provide feedback to improve lead generation tactics
  • Track and report on lead generation metrics and results to management
